HELPING YOU BUILD, HOLISTICALLY.
WE TAKE A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO FINANCIAL MANGEMENT
We have over 23 years of strategy, accounting, and management experience derived from Forbes 500 corporations, global organizations to small businesses. We’re smart, unorthodox, and masters of our trade.
We’re built on faith, 90s hip-hop and all things Black ownership.

Our Philosophy
I’ve spent the last 13 years researching and examining the habits and trends of small businesses, what makes them succeed and why they fail and struggle.
It’s no surprise that as a strategic management accountant I realize that financial management is at the foundation. Why is it that Black-owned businesses represent the fastest growing business segment but struggle to succeed?

Why is it that businesses struggle to reach the $10million mark and hire?
